Megan Wachowicz graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2007 and is a proprietor of her own dietetic business ‘Fresh Nutrition’. She has special interest in helping people to achieve their most Healthy and Comfortable Weight, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease and Healthy Eating for Children and Families.
Lauren Marsh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Flinders University.
Lauren is enthusiastic about supporting and empowering people to nourish their bodies, take charge of their health and wellbeing and find balance within their lifestyle. She have experience working with people with diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance, cancer, malnutrition, cardiovascular disease, liver disease and promoting healthy and comfortable weight management for both adults and children.
Her particular areas of interest include prevention, treatment, management and research in chronic conditions and she is very passionate about using scientific evidence to provide individualised nutrition advice through a non-diet approach to help people to continually achieve their personal health goals.
She love being active and exercising in fun and enjoyable ways and in her spare time she enjoy getting outside in the fresh air and of course, getting creative in the kitchen, seeing how she can change up different recipes and what new foods she can try!
