After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy is 1998, Vlad moved straight into private practice physiotherapy work. Vlad completed his Master of Sports Physiotherapy in 2002 and later that year opened Physio Optimum. The business has grown over the years and is now comprised of three clinics spread out across Adelaide.
During his 15 years of clinical practice, Vlad has worked with a variety of sporting teams in football, netball, soccer and softball. Vlad is currently working with Central Districts Football Club and has been the head physiotherapist there since 2009. Vlad has worked in a teaching role as well, tutoring in the University of South Australia’s post-graduate, Master of Sports Physiotherapy program.
Vlad’s clinical interests include the management of hip/groin/pelvic injuries, sporting injuries, spinal injuries, Pilates and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

My Doanh completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1999 and worked in a public hospital for her first 2 years before moving into private practice in 2001. In this time she has had a lot of experience with a wide range of conditions. She specialises in back and neck pain, Pilates, chronic pain management and soft tissue therapy.
My Doanh has completed Level 1 and 2 DMA Pilates courses, McKenzie’s spinal rehabilitation course and has dry needling qualifications.
