Pre-employment Medical Assessments
Pre-employment medicals can be booked with any of our Doctors and usually require a double appointment. The cost is $170
and are not covered by Medicare, so you will need to pay at the time of the consult. If your company is covering the cost of the medical, you will need to bring along your company details including contact person for an invoice to be sent to them.
If your company has a specific pre-employment medical form, it would be helpful to bring that along to your appointment, otherwise we will use a generic medical form. If you are requiring a hearing test, a referral will be sent to an appropriate provider and any additional costs will be at your expense. Urine drug screening (if required) can be conducted on the spot and will incur an additional fee.
